Ebay are always trying to squeeze extra pennies out of sellers, when by a little bit of research they could pick up all these people avoiding paying fees. I am afraid they get their priorities wrong so many times.
Virtually every day we see several examples of Unregistered Sellers asking questions which they as Business Sellers should know how to deal with.
As well as avoiding their responsibilities to buyers, they are able to compete unfairly with Genuine Business Sellers. Can only suggest that you report to Trading Standards or Customs and Revenue, who may act.
