100 % positive feedback

How do sellers have negative and nuetral feedback removed from their feedback back score . it does not give a fair review of thier selling performance when deciding to buy from a seller or not, it makes me suspicious as to why they have bad feedback removed

Ebay will only remove feedback if it breaks the rules in some way.  Many buyers think it's OK to say  THIEF,  or FRAUDSTER, or LIAR  which is defamation and others think it's OK to use foul language or racist remarks.  These are examples of a reason for removal.
