How do sellers have negative and nuetral feedback removed from their feedback back score . it does not give a fair review of thier selling performance when deciding to buy from a seller or not, it makes me suspicious as to why they have bad feedback removed

Feedback can be removed if it breaches Ebay guidelines, for instance you cannot mention Ebay or Paypal disputes and there are other reasons. savvy sellers know when bad feedback can be removed.

Of course, there are instances where the feedback is untgrue and malicious and sometimes these can be removed.
