100 percent feedback but no feedback

Are these scam accounts? Why do some sellers show 100 percent feedback but when you click for more info it shows 0 feedback!

I'm using the eBay app on my phone BTW.

Not all sellers show like this. Many it shows the feedback details, but this is why I'm suspicious. Are these scammers? Or is it a glitch on ebay?

Are you sure you haven't put this the wrong way around, i.e. that some sellers show 0 feedback but when you click for more info it shows 100% feedback?

If a seller hasn't received any feedback in the last 12 months, they will show as 0% feedback. However, if you look at their full feedback history it will include their full previous feedback history.

Nope. If I look at some sellers on my phone, their listing shows 100% but when you click on their feedback it shows zero no feedback. Maybe it's an app problem. Not all seller feedback shows zero, just now an then.
