£1 selling offer

How do I get the £1 fee final selling offer. My partner gets them once a fortnight I have to wait 6 to 8 weeks. I am currently Above standard on the sellers dashboard, positive feedback of 99.5% on 4500 sales.  Don't understand.

These promotions are handed out completely randomly,  no rhyme or reason.

One tip I will give you,  never rely on an email telling you of a promotion offered,  these are sometimes not sent.  Always regularly check your Promotional Offer section on your homepage,  if offered a promo,  it will be there.
