How often do Ebay put on £1 listings ?
as and when they feel like it,
the offers are sent out randomly, some are also invite only
Until recently they seemed to be offered every couple of weeks, they are random though.
At the moment they seem to be trying out discounted final selling fee promos, 50% off and also 2%.
