Ok, hope this works, copy the image and save it, then edit with paint and use the text button and line button to add your location, then save to harddrive and download it to photobucket,do not post it on here when you download it to photobucket it should change the main picture next time it gets refreshed as its sourcing the image from photobucket...use ebayforums as username, and ebayforums as password to access the photobucket site that way we only get a few maps instead of loads

molly, I was in Wales for two years , worked in a Large hotel (3rd biggest in wales at the time), 10 miles up the road from Builth Wells in Llandrindod Wells.

(albino - if you are going by road, you will probably pass through Llandrindod Wells, look for the bl**dy big green hotel on the left on your way through, you can't miss it.)

i do it by trial and error splash, on paint i hve the map to 100% and create another box for the icon, and reduce to however it looks best on the map itself..

sorry as usual i write essays when explaining things and even then it makes no sense lol

Hi, I've done my map and saved it locally but i'm scared to save it on to photobucket in case it messes everything up.:-( I've done it on appleworks, not paint - don't suppose that matters does it?

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. Sorry nsyn could you replace the original map :-x. Maybe when someone has a moment they could add me just above Reading in south oxfordshire.
I'm sure it's possible but I don't want to spend the rest of the night figuring out how. My current problem is I can only save my appleworks file with a .cwk suffix and photobucket won't upload that kind of file.
