Hello everyone!

As some of us have been selling for a long time and are very experianced with selling on eBay, others may only have been selling for a short period of time. What have been the best lessons you have learned since you started eBay? For me, I learned quickly that sound research is key!

Perseverence! I have been selling in eBay for 25 years and I am still learning. When a customer posts a negative or neutral feedback for something that was out of your control eg they dont read the description and when something arrives that they are not expecting, it can be so upsetting and you just feel like you want to pack it all in. Thats the time to keep going!
