The Ghost from The Midshires by Gladys Yu

Welcome home my old friend. So many years, I've been waiting here.  So much to tell as still breathing in and out. Take your time as it's now past my bedtime and the wardens are doing their rounds.

20th Birthday Round the Corner By Cilla Brations

I was so young then when we started!

We have lost over 400 pages of book titles and many laughs along the way. Made some new friends and I've still got the unique Ebay mug. Must be worth something on Antiques Roadshow? Starting to make the bloater paste sandwiches for the 27th December. We'll meet again authors. Have yourselves a Very Merry Christmas all.

Empty Stocking Again by Lynn Dumm

Ho hum, used to be an apple, satsuma, sweets, couple of coins, comic, crayons and colouring book, maybe one of those books where you applied water by a brush and if by magic the colour appeared, matchbox toy and a small lump of coal! Thanks Mum and Dad for the memories.

What did you get in the olden days of yore?
