how do I stop messages coming into my email box from threads? I have emails from group threads going into my email box everytime someone flippin' comments!!!! do I click on "treat as all read" ?

Go in 'My Settings' up the top there ^ ^ ^ then click on subscriptions and bookmarks and see if it's ticked. If it is, untick it. (I think) 
well I've unticked the box, and also went into notifications where it said "new replies posted to content....I ticked never....have I done right?
