had a letter from the hozzy yesterday saying I was to go for an ultrascan injection...blimey! I thought I was only going for an ultrasound. This will be the cortisone injection in my left foot...the one they've already operated on.
wish me luck! my boss wasn't too happy when I told him as I'll have to have the next couple of days off too.
Sounds as if it's all been done very quickly, er no, I went to see the consultant about it in January!!!!!!!
I fankyou.....I know Ed, it's embarassing, I've only just come back from my hols haven't I? lucky I had some time owing so I've taken the two days out of that....I can't touch my sick allowance as I'm using it for my right foot....whenever that will be
Good luck C'ap I've had this done, first time wasn't painful at all, second one pain kicked in after a couple of hours so I would advise taking painkillers! Do rest it after as well, should give you some relief for about 6 months
