can any one explain what this ebay new defect thing is all about.  i dont even know where to start looking for information and what it is all about.

so many changes all the time.     i dont sell much any longer.  i gather cin is not going ahead on ebay either because of of this defective thing ?/      very confused

the basics are if your buyer opens a case against you for snad or inr thay count as defects also if they just want a refund and you agree i think you also get a defect on your accout.....and to many dwfects means aurevoir goodbye .do not sell again..

haa i see thanks for that.    i now have a problem with a sale.    it was delivered by hermes,  i know the time and date but my buyer is claiming it wasnt delivered.   wehat do i do ?

Apparantly I have a defect, 1.27%,  a buyer didn't receive a top that I sent.  I gave a refund as soon as she told me, but the defect still stands doesn't seem very fair, maybe Royal Mail should have the defect.

all you can do is refund but as ed said it still counts as a defetct...it is very wrong..

a defect ?   thats awful  what the heck has happened to ebay.  do they want to destroy it ?   hermes is supposed to be a ebay recomended courier.    i rang them today and they are going to speak to the driver.   looks like i am going to have to refund and no chance of compensation since it was delivered .

patch   i havnt got any bids either.   sniffles.   smiles wrly   can remember the days when almost everything sold on ebay.   those were the days

Moz - Hermes   'lost' a full box of my too small clothing I was sending to my (skinny) aunt.  All good stuff too and some nice jewellery in it as a surprise.  Me who got the surprise.  I wouldn't use them again if you paid me money.

who do you use rainy ?   i assumed ebay recommended them.   royal mail are just to expensive.       if i sent fudge by them it would cost a fortune .  the other 2 parcels i sent by them got there with no trouble.
