been our day off today, we've packed a lot into it too, all because we had to get up early..OH has just been diagnosed type 2 diabetic, another one to join the throng.....hhhmmm this is going to be hard as he loves his chocklit...I'll have to have it all sent to Twishy!!!

I made him a big dish of savoury rice this morning and me a big pan of steak and kiney stew this afternoon.  I;ve just boxed them up (8 of each) and put them in the freezer.

Apart from that, and the usual housework,  not a lot.

Sorry to read about your OH CB.   Twishy will be happy though.

This morning, I went for a swim and then I had to go into town as I had to pick my mum's medcation up and I had to go to the bank.  This afternoon, I put the plants in that we bought yesterday.  One of the primulas is really unusual.  I looked it up on google and it is called blue zebra.  It is really nice.  We had a chat with our nextdoo neighbour.  Apart from all that, we have just relaxed.  I'm tired now as it took me ages to get to sleep last night as I was hot.  The weather's been lovely today here as well.  It's set to turn again at the weekend.  I hope that they're wrong.

have had lovely warm weather today although turning chilly now. We had a lovely visit from Mr. and Mrs. Dark-Castle and spent a few hours gossiping, then when they left I dug a load of the veggie garden and put some potatoes in, not sure if it's the right time for planting potatoes but have put them in anyway. Hope to do more digging tomorrow if the weather stays good.

If the weather is good here tomorrow.  I'll get some work done in the back garden as there are a few jobs need doing.
