I bought a lock for a shed back in june its been all what i wanted until now i have a problem this lock has an alarm it did work but no longer but there is a 5 warenty on it ive emailed the seller but no reply what can i do the lock was over £20

Does the lock just need a new battery? Is there any contact info. for the maker on the packaging? Although it is for the seller to sort out guarantee issues, direct contact with the maker may be the only way to go if your local trading standards cannot help.   Othewise get a separate alarm, best if mains powered, for the shed and move on.
