Hello Everyone,
I wanted to ask if anyone knows the best way to get rid of "dead stock"? A friend of mine owns an I.T business, selling various I.T products, but times are tough and is having trouble shifting his stock. Any suggestions?
Thank you in advance

Offer some to charities? Possibly generating some good publicity and maybe some sales!

If it is dead stock in the sense that it is costing more than it is worth to store it then "dump" it. They need to:
Put a sale notice in local paper with a couple of headliners,.
Stuff barely sellable get up the boot sale.
Check out prices. Then list some stuff you are prepared to sell cheap on auction 99p start + postage at cost. Everything else on BIN at least 20% lower than competitors but give a reason for the sale. Refresh the listings don't just relist the old tired ones.
Own website promote a sale.
Don't give up ever
Life is tough at the moment. Be positive, take action and maybe have a chat with the bank manager.
