Today I went out with my friend and we had a lovely meal too. I paid for it as she always takes me out with her and comes and calls for me as I don't drive. It's a bit out of her way but she always comes for me, so it was my thankyou.

we had garlic mushrooms to start, then I had scampi and chips, and she had fish pie.

we couldn't find room for cake so we said we'll do that next time!!!

Yep, we ate.  Some frozen pork chunks with apricot, peppers and onions and added sweetcorn and peas stuck in oven for 3 hours.  Served with chips.(I am taking no heavy lifting to mean no lugging of quantities of fruit and veg on the bus) and mixed veg.

Everything straight out of freezer or tin and it was scrumptious LOL.

We had Quorn with carrots and a jacket potato.

We had fish and chips for lunch so only had soup and a roll for tea.  I had oxtail and he had lentil.  Then he had yoghurt and I had a Belgian bun.
