Yoo hoo - calling Captain Bovine

Some help / advice would be appreciated.

When making your lovely felt items, what glue do you use?

I use a glue called tacky stuff I think it's called, it is white when in the tube, but it dries clear. I put it on with a cocktail stick! I don't use much though, I usually stitch.

It's in a long brown tube with a white top and white writing on it. You can get it in any craft shop and I've seen it in the Range too.

Thanks ladies - I shall send "himself" to Hobbycraft as I have a gift card that still has a couple of pounds left on it.

Here's another one just to confuse. I use anitas tacky glue in a red and white bottle same as above goes on white and dries clear. It's about £1.50 for 120ml. Or same as cookie pva glue.

Well, I have about 5 gallons of PVA

I also have Alleyne's tacky glue - quick drying in a "silver" bottle with white writing on. The brown bottle of Alleyne's tacky glue was almost empty and has set solid.

No CB - it's a lot of ceilings!

It was being thrown out and "him indoors" rescued it, thinned with water it was used as an undercoat when decorating as it stops damp stains or greasy marks coming through the new paint.
