I spoke with my son (in Oz) today and he is threatening to come home for a couple of weeks (Oh I hope so). After much hemming and hawing I said 'well I'll pay for the ticket'. We were having a laugh and he said, 'remember the day I came home from school and came and said to you - all that's in our fridge Mum is nail varnish and milk (so that would be my title). There was a pizza in the freezer for him, lol. Changed days.

"And now MY memoirs..." Why the odd title?
I persuaded my late father to write his autobiography in view of the fact that he'd led such a colourful life, having been born and brought up in the Far East. He was born in the era of the last of the tall ships, and qualified as an engineer officer in the merchant navy before swinging across to the aircraft industry just after the war, settling in the UK. I told him to write anything and everything down on a secondhand computer which served as a word processer, and my job was then to take it home and to put it into a readable order. However he didn't know how to save it properly, so every week I'd have pages 1 - 174 all over again! Then after a very short illness he passed away. It was to be another three years before I was able to continue it, because it was just too painful, but finish them I did, referring to himself in 1st person singular, as he did. Obviously there were gaps, but This was to be an autobiography, not a biography.
I have since written my own autobiography from kindergarten days to present, for the benefit of my daughter when she is my age, to laugh at how her Dad conducted his early life, hense the title.
It is so very, very important to record even what seem to be the most trivial day to day matters - everybody has had enough experience in their four score years and ten to write several autobiographies. Autobiographies are not just for the likes of Pepys or Churchill. If you're thinking about it, take it further - do it.
