What's everyone doing at the weekend - Hurricane permitting.

I shall be making chutney tomorrow morning, been given yet more apples and chillis, so I have a recipe for red tomato and chilli chutney, (it uses apples as well in case you were wondering)

Trying to make a christmas collage as well.

And oh there is that mountain of ironing I have been trying to ignore all week. Now it's fallen over I think I had better do it.

Also tomorrow I think I aught to take down my hanging baskets and move a few bird feeders before they get blown away.

No idea Ed. Due to the fact that my son's dad is away this weekend that means that teenager is with me so as to what we will do is up in the air at the moment. I shall no doubt just be re-listing, again, all the stuff that didn't sell last time. As usual I shall be out for Sunday lunch but in all probabilities we shall probably just be staying in and doing the usual housework. Very boring but unfortunately, quite necessary!

Sadly yes these things have to be done, my son is home at the weekend too 6 foot 5 of I'm bored, there's nothing to eat. oh dear

Hoping to finish the jumper that I am knitting - grand-daughter's Chrimbo pressie.

I need to get organised and make the "posh" Chrimbo cards for family.

The nurse will be coming tomorrow to change the dressing.

I am driving my son and two of his friends to an exhibition tomorrow morning

at stupid o-clock (7am), then shopping then I'm not sure what.  Housework,

tidying, crafts, cooking maybe.    Then going to pick son up.

Working Sunday, driving people about all day.

have friends coming Saturday, no idea what we are doing Sunday. Monday off and then back to work

Just relaxing and doing a few chores , reading and eating and so forth!!!!

Is the Hurricane supposed to hit on Sunday night as thats what i heard????. Its getting a bit windy here in Maidstone at the moment.

I went for my swim this morning and then went into town.  We got some gardening done this afternoon as the weather wasn't too bad.  In fact, we have quite a bit of blue sky at the moment.  Tomorrow, I will be taking mum for a big food shop in the morning.  I'll get the ironing done tomorrow afternoon.  In between times, I'll get on with some more knitting.

I will be busy with grandaughter's 10th birthday party on Monday, they have decided to come up to to stay for a few days and gran can sort the party out. so think we will be baking the cake tomorrow
