So...................we are not at the end of the week - yippee - and time to chillax this weekend.
Tonight we are having baked potatoes with baked beans - extra bacon for teenager and extra mushrooms and cheese for me.

Mediterranean chicken for us, the one in the bag, quick easy and healthy. Off back to work then.
Can't wait for the weekend. No more work for 4 whole days.

Think we'll get a Chinese. I want to stay up late to break a sleep cycle I seem to have got into where I'm asleep by half ten then awake at 3.30am and sleepy by 7.30am! Don't know what that's got to do with having a chinese but we won't go and get it until late!

Perhaps you can't sleep because you're worrying about your stash. How to use it, what colour to use first, what to knit, will burglars steal it,, new ways to cast on, new ways to cast off, new patterns, colours, textures........on and on, worrying about it so not being able to sleep. STEP AWAY FROM THE YARN GRUMPY AND GET SOME SLEEP!!!

We used to have those vol-u-vents Capt at our Boxing Day family get together when I was little...
I also remember 'bits' of stuff on Ritz crackers....a slice of hard boiled egg, anchovies,a tinned button mushroom.a single prawn.....
Gawd my family knew how to party...
