Poldark was one of the great TV programmes .....read all the books and had videos of the series so was really looking forward to the new programmes ...

Really enjoying it although Demelza is not as feisty as in the original series or the books . Poldark is just perfect ...but I already knew that as I used to watch him in " Being Human " ......

I remember the original series but it was of its time. When you look at it now it really does look a bit amateurish. Robin Ellis the original Poldark was still pretty phoar for his time

Just go onto Google Images and search "Poldark burglar alarm".  I'm surprised you haven't come across it already - it's all over the internet...  one of the best broadcasting blunders in years.
