Interviewing marriage couples, giving marriage procedure and home office citizenship advice, searching for peoples archived certificates and producing same, checking and certifying other staffs marriage entries & directing customers from a side office whilst we waited for security and the police to remove a potentially 'care in the community' customer from our reception office because we wouldn't amend his certificate to show that we had diddled him out of millions of pounds inheritance by not showing that his relative had a link to the queen on it.
That did read 'potentially violent' , someone nicked a word😊
