WEDNESDAY'S tea thread

I am not sure what I am going to have tonight as I have had a carp afternoon. clutch gone on the car and had to be towed home by the AA so car now on drive unuseable - car heaven me thinks. I am too wound up to eat but teenager is going to have homemade "meatball marinara on a baguette" just like you get in Subway.

I've just had two rainbow trout and one cob of corn.  He's had cheese quiche and salad.  He wasn't happy when I gave him a little bit of red pepper, he doesn't like anything new!

Then we both had home made plum crumble and custard.

daughter is making it

and has been saying "risotto" a thousand times

she has been watching hells kitchen and says it like an american

Rustic chicken with green beans, carrots and new potatoes, followed by lemon cheesecake ice cream.

We had mince and dumplings, and peas.

Decided I had to eat something - so checked in the fridge and have put together a very healthy salad...................with chips (well potatoes are veg even if not part of your five a day LOL). Chips covered with salad cream....yum yum.

We had breaded cod with mushy peas.  Had an apple, orange and a banana about half an hour later.

I think we should have photos! Gammon joint, cooked in the pressure cooker, broccoli, asparagus and leeks. And also someone can tell me why my photos don't show up!

Our meal arrived on time accompanied  with a free bottle of Pino Grigio......it was lovely.... im so stuffed now i cant move

we had the biggest stir fry you've ever seen at lunch time, I was inundated with beansprouts

just toast, no butter but a bit of jam tonight.
