we had a rubbish lunch, had to be quick as we got home later today. Mash beans and......a tin of spam!!!!!

CG, seeing CGpa grows chickins you don't eat many eggs do you? are you not a lover of them....I love eggs as you know....just wondering like.........

Had chilli king prawn pasta. Just made a big freezer batch of soup to use a load of leftover mushrooms up Stan

love mushroom soup don't you gina and so many combo's

tis lobely with blue cheese or walnuts also lentil is fab plus freezes really well.

I make bread flavoured accordingly to go with it too

I'm not that keen on them capt.

I used to have two big dippy duck eggs and soldiers for my lunch on a saturday but I went off that a month or two ago.  I have a fried egg or scrambled egg with my 'fry up' on a Sunday.  Hubby will eat eggs every day if I gave him them!!

Tried to make crab cakes, as had two tins of cheapo crab meat.  Whipped it up with mashed tater, egg, breadcrumbs etc, but it looks like whipped spew and tasted like godknowswhat, so I had a tortilla-stylee omelette instead.  The crab gunk is in the fridge for another go tomorrow.

I dread to think what is in a tin of cheapo crab meat! I bet there isn't much crab.
