We are having pulled pork rolls with salady bits and pieces.
I might disapear tomorrow as our phone is changing over and as our broadband with SKy is not set up yet (BTagain) our broadband wont work so I might be gone a while.

We've just had sausages, beans and a poached egg. We'll have some fresh fruit shortly.

We just had our usual Tuesday chicken, Yorkshires, sprouts, carrots, cauli, broccoli and gravy. Then he had yoghurt and I had a nectarine.

We are having our lunch out tomorrow. I'll having one of my favourite puds at the end which is fruit crumble and custard. I'd even eat the dish if they'd let me.

OH had tortelloni and I had smoked mackarel, it was lovely too.
didn't get my pud as neighbour came round for a natter, I'll have it now I think! it's an egg custard tart, cor, I love those.
Chris, you make me laugh the way you just love your crumble, I can imagine you and my OH with a spoon each approaching the dish!!!

a slice of cheese, a quarter of an apple and a glass of milk - these meds are dire.
I am existing on fizzy flavoured water as it is the only thing that I don't struggle to keep down.

I went to a friends for dinner tonight. We had a home made veggie pie, onion, cherry tomatoes, garlic, peppers, mushrooms, courgette, kidney beans & chic peas topped with a flaky crust and bread and butter pudding with cream.............all very tasty

Well done on the weight loss Patch,, its not easy.
I had a Steak and Kidney pudding with Fresh Carrots,,,, very lovely it was too.
