We had mashed potatoes, sausages and mushy peas followed by the last of the tiramisu.  We've not long since had our fresh fruit.

Good luck at the bowls tonight ed.

Don't know what to call it - chunks of chicken in a mushroom sauce with sweetcorn, mushrooms and leeks all topped with sliced potato and then grated cheese - baked in the oven

We had our usual Tuesday fare of chicken, roasties, carrots, parsnips, cabbage and gravy.  I'd run out of Yorkshires.  I'll have to make some more.  I make a dozen and they last us for 6 weeks!

The tray looks a bit dirty 'cos it's one of those stones, you don't wash it.

Beef stew with the remains of yesterday's chili for thickening.Stuck like glue to the bottom of the stock pot.  Was hoping there'd be some left but son is threatening second dinner when he gets back from swimming and OH hasn't had any yet.

Oh and for various reasons(mostly a really bad cough and lots of sweating) OH has decided to sleep in our "spare room".  There's no bed - we sold it LOL.  So mattress on the floor.  Now daughter has appropriated virtually every duvet cover/sheets I bought for spare, so he has the ballerina cover in baby pink she had when she was 7, accompanied by an old star wars, phantom menace pillowcase(well son didn't offer any of his bedding).  I have covered the pink with a dolphin fleece blanket but will be sneaking in tonight to get the picture

Poor lad.
