Today....for one day only.....I reverted back to childhood

Yesterday my friend phoned me and said he was taking his son's to the fun fair and asked if I wanted to go so of course I said yes.

Have spent the whole day being a child again....getting excited by all the rides and loving the smells.

Had plenty to eat off the stalls and that included candy floss, toffee apples and doughnuts.

Now I am back home and have to become an adult again.

It was good whilst it lasted.

Unfortunately I didn't go on the rides. I didnt have much money so used what I did have to let my son go on the rides instead. They spend so much time at school I thought he deserved an extra special treat. I just enjoyed the atmosphere and smells and all the laughter of seeing the faces on the boys. My sides were aching with all the laughing we did.
