Thursday's teatime treats

Jacket potatoes with baked beans. I have quorn sausages and mushrooms added to the beans and teenager has pork sausages. All cooked in the oven at the same time to save on costs.

Re: Thursday's teatime treats

Gammon roast/stew with potatoes, carrots, celery, onion and lentils is in the oven now. 🙂 I may fix some cornbread to go with it in a bit. 🙂

Life is too short so enjoy it while you can!
