Seeing as some of you have really taken Tweet the Budgie to your hearts, I thought he should have his own special fan club thread where you can post your good wishes for his Xray on Wednesday or anything else you want to write. So far his fan club consists of Rose; Capn B; Sam; Chris.

When I put the photo of Tweet on (sorry I've not got a new one, but can't really take photo's whilst he is bald-chested) I was trying to put a speech bubble on as well with "Hello" written in it, but it didnt work which is a shame. Maybe someone knows how to do it? Poor birdy is looking even more straggly today, goodness knows what is wrong with him, let's hope the Xray will give some answers.

Aaaw poor baby tweet - I've just found this and goodness I hope the vet comes up with some answers.

We had 2 African Grey parrots, hand reared from chicks, my ex brought them back from Angola, changed days, huh.  Anyway, she was a madam, so I called her Virginia and he was Henry.  She was very dominant and bullied him mercilessly and he started to pull his feathers out.  So, to help, I gave him special time and took him next door to another room to let him fly about and have a bit of special petting. You should have her her squawking and complaining from her cage next door.   I also got him his own cage. His first words were 'naughty girl', which is what I used to say to uppity Virginia

Yes, it's tomorrow when he has his Xray; I've got his little cage ready. Tweet thanks you all for your good wishes, he really appreciates them, so do I. Will let you know as soon as I can what happens. Will be a few days before I get any results, if all goes well, as the Xrays have to be interpreted by an Avian vet. Thanks again. xxxxxx
