I haven't decided yet, but given that the snooker final is on I will probably do myself something like a couple of cheeseburgers or fried egg rolls during the mid-session interval...

As an update to my earlier post, I ended up doing three cheeseburgers with a fried egg added to each but not in the interval; after the match was over instead...(!)
