Re: THURSDAY (nearly at the weekend) foodie thread

Did a huge shop Monday, to last hopefully a month, just fresh fruit and veg, bread and milk to buy, hopefully save money.

So much to choose from think I might have Roasted Vegetables with a cheese sauce or homemade soup with a cheese toastie, with the weather being so yuk.

We defrosted our chest freezer at the weekend so have had to restock the goodies , hence doing a a really big shop this week .

Tonight 's meal is baked potatoes with home made cheese & tomatoe quiche, the toms being out of our greenhouse as we are a little bit over run with then atm LOL

Petite....glad you mentioned cheese in your thread - that alerted me to the fact I have cheese in the fridge so have now just grated some cheese to go with the baked beans on the jackets......even more yummy now 🙂
