THURSDAY'S tea thread

Tonight I am having a vegetarian sweet chilli and garlic stir-fry - including tofu, beans, peas, asparagus, mushrooms, onion and pepper - with extra chilli and garlic. Nice and healthy. I know it is not everyone's taste but I love tofu (the marinated kind not the kind that comes in brine). It is a fab way of using up all the last of the veg before I go shopping tomorrow. I shall be serving this on a bed of noodles.

Sounds lovely tintin, I like tofu but hubby can't stand it, we are having exactly the same tonight as we had last night, steak treviot pie with mash and peas.  We had it last night and hubby so enjoyed it he put in a special request to have the same again tonight.
