Morning all it never stopped raining all day yesterday and all nigh. I lay awake listening to it for about 2 hours.

This morning the sun is trying to break through but there are sime very dark clouds.

We had a nice leisurely day yesterday and plan another one for today.

The kitties are fine. The Fluffy black (and now neutered one) has stopped being grumpy and both are happily rampaging round the place :-(.

It's... white here! Not for long I should think, but just enough to make the children smile. It's dropped to 9 degrees in our flat, and too cold for my medical equipment to work so have given up and come here where it's toasty. (my excuse and I'm sticking to it, nothing to do with library internet being down and wanting to get on here :-D)

Towery Sunday was abit of a no go, it was raining and sadly no one would let us use our vouchers with their group. (There where folk who would have, but they where using vouchers of their own) Ces't la vie. We spent the afternoon very damp, playing spot the woodpeckers and feeding squirels, in a nice bit of countryside instead. You don't know what's happened to Momma do you?

Floaty glad they're happily rampaging, hope other one goes smoothly and that you get to enjoy some of the half term. Don't know if you got my message about a possible freebie that you qualify for and might interest you (or not)

Dooley a week off, yay! Hope your x ray reveals what's causing you pain and it can be treated. Well done for making them do something. Re your pirating, you used to be able to find inflatable parrots at pound shops, that sat lightly on shoulders. Tams school burned down?:O I miss loads these days.

Hope all ins't to hectic in the G/P household and that Granny and Bunny are tucked up nice and warm.

Morningall, Morning Arti. Not as frosty as yesterday, bright and sunny, probably last until washing is almost dry again.

Momma seems to have given up posting on here but is fine in a group. Herbs had snow yesterday!.

Hectic as ever here. Son needs to go Docs(not urgent) but anm refusing to make appt if he can't get up and bath before mid-day. Daughter went nightclubbing in the cold and rain last night. Never got in, queue too long, picked up 4 frozen bodies(we only dropped 3 off!) after 3 hours of waiting outside. Sent her to bed with 2 duvets and a hot water bottle!.

Morning all. Snowed here last night - everything's icy now this morning.

Arti - hope you're getting a good break. Haven't had any message.
GP - your turn now 🙂 - lost count of the number of times I drove through a dark and gloomy London to 'rescue' daughter and friends from some dodgy club at stupid o'clock.
Am going to enjoy my days off - and fight the cold and cough that has been so generously shared with me 😞
Oh yes - and.... the builder's finished !!!!!!

Actually I refused to pay, told her she couldn't have a lift and I didn't care(that I was a nasty mean Mum) she wasn't going on my time and money. Men are so soft where daughters are concerned.
