Maggie i dont know what other fish you have  but tetras are a shoaling breed and should be kept with more than a couple
maybe thats why the man gave you a few more

our lfs sells at  6, 10 or more for them

I already have tetras Towery so one would have had plenty of company. He was just being kind I think. She was very cute with her gappy teeth & pound coin! lol:^O It is a very good aquatic place inside another shop. They have a great reptile section too. 🙂

Sorry, I have skipped the last 15 pages, so who knows what you have all been up to.

Been poorly sick :_| for a couple of weeks.  Ok now, just cough cough cough cough cough.

Hope you all had a peace filled Christmas as well.

Going to have a look round the board and see if I've missed anything.  Off on holiday Monday for a couple of weeks (well 12 days) so I'll not be around again.

😞 Animals & fireworks, we didnt hear any last night, I do admit we usully set a display one off at 12, but didnt last night.

Well back to normal now, itching to get the xmas decs & tree put away, & i have decorating on the mind lol nothing major just a fresh lick of paint will do 🙂

All mine are down & the boxes are all in the shed.:-D Just needs a good hoover through & then the sewing stuff can come out. That's a job for tomorrow.:-)

we ended up with 3 trees this year:|

we have several up the loft

but dont normally bother

this year we decided we might

girls got 2 ft ones one for the lounge in the corner and one for the kitchen (with snowman sundaes and oreo santas on, VERY american diner stylie)

and another one out in the hall, bigger

the wee ones we just lifted, lights, decorations and all straight into a box!:^O

they all went back up the loft the morning after boxing day

My tree & decs (didn't put many up) will be down on Tuesday .... I always leave them untill after Sons birthday ........ mind you they have only been up 9 days :^O

I remember the days when grandparents would say, "your supposed to leave them up till 12 days after",
