Aaaah more cutie piccies.  Those dogs are brilliant CG.  Is Lottie getting used to Molly now?

Yes books.  They really play together now, they chase round and round the table in the kitchen.  Lottie knocks her over and pins her down, but she's not hurting her at all.  When she lets her go Molly dives straight for Lottie again.  After 15 minutes they both colapse in their beds and sleep for a couple of hours.

It's a week today since we got her.  It seems like we've always had her!  Woman LOL

That's lovely CG.  I must be lovely seeing them playing together.  It's surprising how a week can either fly by or drag.

Gorgeous photos. Molly is adorable.  Miserable wet & dark here today. Good job I planned to be in sewing really. Enjoy your Easter Sunday everyone.

Happy Easter everybody!!

It's cold and drizzle-y here too.  I see a picture of my cousin on FB in the Lake district for the weekend and the weather looks lovely there.

My daughter and family have gone to Centre Parcs for the weekend but at least there are indoor things to do, it wasn't raining yesterday or Friday though.

Molly 'barks' sometimes, when she and Lottie are playing.  It sounds like a yell, but it's definitely a bark!  Woman LOL

Afternoon

Hope everyone is enjoying the BH weekend. We have sun and I have the patio doors open!

Have spent the last few days trying to find a decent care home placement for my FIL. Turning up for unannounced visits to try to find somewhere nice that offers the right care for him. We need Nursing care, Dementia care and Palliative as he has a life expectancy of less than 12 weeks.

May have found a good place very close to us, and they are going out to assess him on Wednesday, so fingers crossed.

Will be so pleased when OH gets home and I can share the responsibility.

Oh Mags, you really are having a rough time of it.

I hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel now though x

& I bet you just can't wait for OH to be back & lighten your load a bit 1386378577186-image0011.gif

Happy Easter to all, have been busy crafting today, piccies to follow when dry.  Dull cold and breezy here today, don't know what happened to the heavy rain that we were supposed to be having, although I am sure it will be here later.  Sending warmth and a hug to learning, chin up.

THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

Afternoon all and Happy Easter.

Sorry to read about your problems Mags.  Hope that you can manage to get something sorted soon.

I had a bit of a shock about 50 minutes ago.  As it isn't too warm here, my mum tried to put the gas fire on and she had a fall and she has hurt her left leg a bit.  Fortunately, there's nothing broken.  I was in the kitchen when this happened but I did rush back into the living room to help obviously.  She's still a bit shocked but I'll have to keep an eye on her and hope that she doesn't have problems with her heart again.  Fingers crossed and hope for the best.

Oh Chris, that must have given you a nasty fright...but try not to worry, it could be that she just stumbled a bit.

 She's not too hurt anyway...sending ((((( HUGS ))))) to Chris's mum heart

ooh blimey Chris, I hope your mum is OK ... it can be quite a shock to someone of her age when they have a fall. Don't be suprised if she sleeps all this afternoon.

Hope everyone is having a nice time.

I've just eaten a small white chocklit bunny, he was lovely, no doubt I'll be sleepy too soon.

Hope everything goes well for you Learning, sending hugs..hug smiley.gif

At the moment, CB, she is sitting here eating an apple and we've just finished watching the tennis.  She'll probably sleep in a bit.  Honestly, she has my heart in my mouth.  I'll just keep an eye on her and see how things go.  I just hope that her heart doesn't start playing up and I have to get an ambulance here at stupid o'clock.  Fingers crossed and I hope it doesn't come to that.
