My new glasses still aren't right.  I've only had them since last Thursday and I've taken them back three times.  I have to go back next Tuesday so that I can have another sight test.  I know where I'll not be going in a couple of years when my next sight test is due.

one thing you have to realise about a Cavalier is that they like comfort, a bit like a cat...so she's brave hahahaha!! as for the poodle bit, I guess that's the bit that would do as she's told.

but she's still gorgeous, oh I want to cuddle her!

My daughter has been learning (from hubby) how to use the lathe.  This bowl was her first attempt.   This is the inside............

And this is the outside.

Today is the 10 year anniversary of my Brain Tumour treatment and I am having a really carp day so far.

Was woken at 5.30 am with a phone call about FIL, who is being transferred to another hospital for a procedure.

Another call at 6 am saying the same thing.

Next call at 8 am to say he will go back to original hospital after procedure.

Fourth call so say he had actually left by ambulance at 10.15 am!!!

The words pi@@up and brewery come to mind.

 She's turned that beautifully for a first attempt...well done ( liking the nail varnish )

My daughter did the turning books, although that is my granddaughter holding the bowl. She's allowed the nailvarnish only because it's school hols! 

My daughter got a kit that does nails in 10 minutes.  She did this on herself, it's varnish not transfers.

Silly for not reading your post properly.  I do apologise.  I love the nails.  Grace would like them too as she loves nail polish as she calls it.

Gosh that bowl is fab once its polished it up it will look stunning 🙂

I bought a raincoat a few days ago & have to decide do i keep it or return it ...the colour is very vivid ...what do you think ?

Not a colour that suits me but I think it looks lovely, nice and bright just right for when it is raining, both of my raincoats are a bright colour I have a bright turquoise one and a purple one.   Go for it.
