Yes the washing machine is on. :8} it's often on at this time though and I've never heard water before. Still wandering around looking for the new indoor pool. Next door to the right have one and I envy that!

Morning all. No complaints about the heat from me. I have a fan in the bedroom & the house is cool.:-D Lovely & hot outside but showers forecast for the next few days.

Going to look at some textile art today as it's the beginning of Dorset Arts Week.:-)

I love that stained glass Merlin. Beautiful. We are going in the opposite direction today & visiting Kate Dowty (she is a friend), & several places in Bridport. We will have another half day later in the week as I can't leave Damson for too long at a stretch.

bright & sunny here, we took the dog out yesterday teatime & parked on one of the clifftop car parks .......... we couldn't even see the sea for mist 😮

It was scorching hot sunshine just one street back :^O

We've had a couple of those. They're called sea haws here although I have no idea if that's how it's spelt. They leave sand all over the cars!

We've had plenty sea mists before but never like this .... it was fasinating to watch, huge big thick swirls  rolling in quite fast & then just dissappearing as if there was an invisible wall 😮
apparently you can see the sea again today :^O

They are odd. Last week one came up the road into the village but didn't touch our road which is parallel to the beach. It then sat in the village for about an hour like smog?

We have been at sea in the boat when that has rolled in. Quite scary. We were swimming off the boat on one occasion as it was so hot & before you could say seagull we couldn't even see the boat!

helloooo I think I'm a bit late:-D

I've been busy sorting out the shed in our new home ready for the move, the lady had to go the hospital with her husband so we offered to do it. Oh the spidey's bleurgh:_|

It was soooo hot, I worked with a tea towel soaked in water around my neck, it kept me sane and cool.

hope you had a nice day out Maggie, I bet Damson never moved off the kitchen floor where it was nice and cool while you were out:^O
