people here are out doing their gardens

i am inside

and shall remain so

i cooked a ton of things yesterday, that can all be eaten cold today and some potato salad etc, so no cooking for me today

kirsty asked me to make tablet yesterday, its not often i say no, but i did, an hour stirring molten sugar didnt appeal:_|

i may make it tonight when its cooler

Amy looks like she's having a great time staying with you Maggie 🙂

Hope huggles dinner party went well and that the wine flowed freely afterwards for her.

Had a eurovision night last night and am soooooooo tired as didnt get to bed til 4.30 but had a fantastic time.

Looks like another scorcher so off to put up the parasols and gazebo tent thingy and clean the pub.

Sis just rang to see if I can take her to the huge garden centre a few mile out of town, think I need to smother myself in suncream first ............. its scorching hot B-)

I will probably come home with the most anappropriate plants to put in pots as our "yard" 😞  doesn't get much sun X-( 

She only has a yard & its half the size of ours but is a great little sun trap ....... I'm jealous   😐

Your granddaughter is seriously sweet Maggie! Love the bridesmaid with attitude too! Opted out of lunch today, we have been doing too much recently and I am tired! OH not back yet so I expect he has stopped for a few drinks. Hope he is in a good mood when he gets home.

when Hannah was your littlies age she was her image! she has grown up tall and lean and still full of bounce, she's 15 now.

Well I went to the garden centre & came away in love :-x

with Humble, Alfie, & another one who's name I can't remember now  ( sorry but I've been to the pub since then :8})

I have just had my first encounter with "real life" Charlie bears  😄
I can't believe how heavy they are 😮

but I LOVE them :-x

They also sold "Yankees" but soooooooo expensive ......... a large jar was £19.99 :OX-(

i am in love too today

they now sell my paprika crisps in 2ft high buckets with handles 😮

they stopped selling them for over a year

Today ive been  sat out in the sunshine cos there was a lovely cooling breeze .:-D..now im paying for it wilth a sore red shoulder:_|

dab with full cream milk and then have a shower as hot as you can stand it....soreness will go away by morning....simples;-)
