Morning all. Chilly here but the sun is trying to break through. I can well do without any gremlins today. I should think they are tired out after yesterday! lol

Going into Dorchester later as our patchwork shop moved there over Xmas.:-)

nipped into town this morning, lots of people about, but then it is market day too

i've had a weird horrid tasting mouth about a week so i calld into boots and asked if lots of people were askingfor  help
shes says it seems to be part of this virus thats going around, nothing she could suggest for it 😐

Latest on broken vacuum cleaner.

I am very impressed! I got through to Vax at last. Told them I have no receipt but vacuum is about 14 months old & wont work. They are sending packaging for it. I have to then call UPS to collect it. They will fix it or if they cant will send me a new one!!!!  😮

i like vax machines, we had one that lasted for about 8 yrs if not more, loved it 🙂 got a smaller vax now.

I should be getting ready to go for a four course Christmas meal tonight. One of the members of our little young wives :^O group was cooking it for all nine of us at her house.  She's the type who can cook a meal for thirty with one hand tied behind her back, look after about seven of her young grandchildren and pick her daughter up from the airport all at the same time!:O  It's cancelled because unfortunately her mother died this morning.:-(  (the 😞 is for her and her mother, not for missing the meal)

we had a full christmas dinner/tree/presents in july one year
try getting crackers for that!

Yes merlin, perhaps she will.  It wasn't exactly unexpected as she'd been ill for a while, and in fact the family were called to the bedside a couple of weeks before Christmas, but she hung on all this time.

Your typing looks much better on your new lappy.  I hope you didn't leave 'anything';-) on the thing you sent back!:O

and instead of doing that i am sitting making photo collage desktop backgrounds:^O

i didnt have anything on there really

and i dont visit dodgy sites (unlike some Gems:^O)
