I will give B/SIL a ring tomorrow night when they get back home & see if she will get her some Towery, I've never used it myself, I've heard of it but don't really know how it works.

I've only done basic cable Learning,I have a shaped needle that i got free with a mag but find a sraight needle easier to use.

Lottie's hiding under the table too Maggie.  There are more fireworks now than on Nov.5th. It looked pretty coming home from daughter's though because we both live on the same country road, a mile apart, but we could see fireworks in all directions across the fields.:-D

Granddaughter's 6th birthday tomorrow so we have to go back in the morning with presents.:-x  She pulled her second, top front tooth out today so she's waiting for the tooth fairy too.  I don't know which she's more excited about.:^O

Amy wanted a fish for my tank with her £1 from the tooth fairy. (they have several of 'their' fish in there) We went to the shop & the Tetras were £1 each so she asked for one. When we got the bag home the chap had given her 4 fish for her £1.:-D

Damson has stopped panting now so I will watch Jools until it finishes at 1.15 & then go to bed. It's been a brilliant show tonight.:-D

i never remember fireworks on hogmanay when i was a child,  there wasnt any

I love todays date 01/01/11.

We had a fun night as we took the kids to the carnival in the SECC and the all back to our house for a take away meal and waiting for the bells. All tidied away and in bed for 1.30am.

Hope everyone else had fun.

Hope all the  afflicted are on the mend!
