look at the top on your computer task bar, up there it should say favourites or bookmarks, go to the page you want to save then click on the favourite / bookmarks tab, this will open up a small tab you pick where you want to save in the box and press save/bookmark 🙂

what about right clicking while you are on the page you want  and selecting  add to favourites or bookmark from there?

Thanks for the Hand-warmer idea ladies.
They are great.

I made a pair in chunky as follows...

Cast on 30 stitches using 4.5mm needles
Work 10 rows in 2 by 2 rib.
Work 14 rows stocking stitch.
Work  6  rows in 2 by 2 rib.
Cast off.

Hope this may be of help.:-x 

Ive done mine in chunky, just fin knitting them,

I cast on 34 sts using 4mm needles

K2 p2  for 12 rows

K 1 row

P 1 row

for 20 rows

then 7 rows of K2 P2

cst off

I'm going to sew them up then decorate with fabric paint 🙂

Thanks towery, but it doesn't give that option when I right click it.  From memory, which is very poor, (partly because the words don't mean anything to me) it says 'open in new tab' and 'open in new window' things like that.:-D

Evening all.  I wish I could knit but it's a craft that's beyond me.  If someone starts me off, I can do it, but every time I stop (loo, drink etc), I have to be shown again.  It just doesn't seem to stick.

I'm hopping on and hopping off tonight as I think I have the plague. Baaaaaaaad headache, achey, hold & cold, sore eyes.  I could go on LOL!  I just wanted to ask Merlin a quick question.  How do I make vanilla extract?  I seem to be getting through loads at the moment although goodness only knows why as I'm not doing that much baking.  I have googles but all I can find is to stick a pod into a bottle of voddy.  I have done that with a small bottle but it takes about 3 months to be able to use it apparantly.  I remember you saying you made some and it was a sticky job.  What did you do, if you don' mind me asking?  I have pods in (a rare occurance) so might as well use them properly LOL!

yes you actually need to be on the page you want to save,

"Favourites" never save for me straight away.  I bookmark it and the next time I'm on, it's there.  But it's never there for the session I save it in.  Hope that makes sense.

We rarely seem to cross paths CK LOL!  I can't get on much in the day and I don't see her on much in the evening.  I'll be off to bed myself as soon as "you're hired" has finished.  I'm shattered.  I wanted to do child-free shopping today but I have missed out as I wan't up to it.

I thought I was doing so well as I got most of christmas done & dusted well before the season started but I still have stuff to buy.  I seem to have stalled on my home-made hamper too. . . . but I guess there's another Christmas next year :^O

I've got it in favourites now.:-D  It was because I open eBay from one of those short cut things on the screen rather than Google.  Hubby's not very technical either but better than I am, and together we worked it out.:-D

Pee, slit or cut your pods, i use great big fat juicy ones, and i use 2 to 350ml of vodka, 6 weeks, shake as & when, strain, use

its not sticky or messy, but UBER sweet smelling when you strain it

thats the last one i made, using it now

i use about a third, to a half the amount i would of a good quality extract, the last one i bought was £7.99 for half the amount i make, so a little goes a VERY long way
