If you are after something very plain and simple - just 4 knit squares sewn together to make a T shaped jumper with a button and loop on each shoulder I can probably manage something for you.
My knitting is nothing special, but if you want to let me have the measurements I would be willing to have a go.
You can make a very simple no sew sleeveless top for a teddy from a sock. Just cut the sock off above the heel, then cut 2 small slits about 1cm from the elastic for the bear's arms to go through.
