That's very clever Von. How come yours has five colours and some only have three? They're obviously not as clever as you!

That looks lovely Von. I keep threatening to get on with some knitting but we've been busy in the garden again. I've mown the lawn at the back after which I had a rest and we put some bedding plants in at the front. I'm shattered but it's what I call a nice shattered.

I managed to get a couple of plants in today, tripped over an edging stone and very nearly ended up face down in the shrubbery!!!!
I was going to put some nice plants into a pot but the wind has got up so fierce here, we had to put a lot of stuff in the shed out of the way, as it's going to get worse and rain tomorrow...
well the garden certainly could do with it.

It's been the hottest day of the year here today and they reckon it'll be even hotter (27) tomorrow! Showers on Saturday.

Its a sad day for sewing , theres a empty space in my workroom because my fav machine has gone in for a service .
My other one i leave set up for embroidery so will have to use that one for a few days .

It was a sad evening last night when Molly almost chewed the plug off my sewing machine! It would have been even sorrier if it had been switched on!!!

Oh no Molly you silly girlie !

Her teeth are like electrician's cutters, one bite and she's through it!! It takes like two seconds, and wires and cables are the only things she chews.!

Honestly, CG. What's Molly like? Luckily, your sewing machine wasn't switched on or things could have been much worse.

Just given up for the day on trying to knit a little jacket for our little one who's due in January. Every time I try to set the pattern, my mother decides that she will have her chatty head on. I'll try again tomorrow and hopefully, I'll sort it.

That sounds fun CK. We are hoping that Steph doesn't have twins as her nan is a twin. We'll find out on Friday as Steph goes for her first scan. Part of me says no she's not having twins but she's already got a little bump but we'll have to wait and see. If she is, that'll be three children aged 4 and under and there'll be steam coming of the knitting needles.

Hubby's Nephew & his wife have 9mth old twins, we met them for the first time last month at a family wedding, they are absoloutely beautiful but such hard work, their Mum & Dad said they wouldn't wish having twins on there worst enemy 😞
Daddy works in "child services" & still says he can't wait to get home at the end of the day to give them cuddles while he quietly sobs thinking about some of his "work cases" 😞
