I bet she looked a fair treat in her new birdie jacket and bag!!!
wonder if Damson had a bag of treats too? bless, I bet she'll have a good time too.
I've been in a right snit today, more trouble with docs and chemists losing my prescription...and a snotty receptionist at the docs trying to say it was MY fault. Anyone who would have looked at me the wrong way today would have got it!!!
I stayed in the garden out of the way just to be on the safe side.
now I feel like that was a day wasted.....
garage sounds nice Chris, nice and posh now eh?

The garage is lovely CB. We've still got to finish sorting out at the back though. Our neighbour, Judith said she thought it was nice if a garage can be nice. I should be able to fit the car in now when the weather's bad in winter.
I hate having days like that. My prescriptions are normally sent electronically to Boots which is my nominated pharmacy. I ordered some of my medication from our GP over the internet last week. Normally, Boots will textr me when my prescription is ready but they hadn't. When I checked on our GP's website, the medication hadn't even been ordered. I've a good idea which receptionist was responsible for that as she's done it with my mum's meds before now. It is annoying.

the chemist's have offered to pick up my 6mthly scripts and then dispense and deliver them, but I can't trust the docs to do the scripts right!! plus some of the items they won't put on repeat, i.e my needles for my pen, so I have to order those as and when.
I think what was the final straw was that receptionists face...next time I have to have my meds reviewed I'm going to complain to the practice manager. I also caught two new receptionists being nasty with an old woman, when she had gone they looked at each other and smirked...how I kept my gob shut I do not know...I hate that don't you?

I think that I would said something CB. The receptionists at our doctors are very nice on the whole even the dippy one who messes the scripts up. Our GP is brilliant. If it wasn't for him, my mum wouldn't be here now.

I'll photograph it either later on today or tomorrow CG. I'm shattered as I've mown the lawn and we've been tidying up at the back. We're going for a food shop later as well. I've never known our fridge so empty.

Sadly she failed CG as she needs a few repairs (we were expecting as much) but they are a good "garage" so hopefully all will be fine

is that the new Walton hospital? gawd what a nightmare place that is, trying to get a parking space there was terrible and the cost!!!
I went with my friend for her consultation....it took forever to get there park etc. She was in with the doctor 10 mins and then all the way back home again! it took the whole day and she was none the wiser after that!!!
hope that all went well for Miss S

I've heard that parking there is terrible. My auntie spent her final days in there and the parking then was atrocious.

Our large hospital is 3 miles down the road. It's on a very large site but apart from the maternity block which is 6 floors (I think) all the rest is spread out over a large area and is mostly a single storey. So is the car park. Why don't they build multistorey car parks at hospitals?

Good luck Stan to young Miss S. hope all goes well
