That's right twish.  Same as the Aero I just had, and the Quavers, and of course the shelled peas are veggies so they don't count and funnily enough the Galaxy ripple had a lot of air in it.   At this rate I'll need some chips or I could starve to death!!

The weather here is horrible. Wet & cold. Saturday is always quiet & it is a Bank Holiday. I mite list my MDCC & schedule them in a minute as Jackie & Amy are running late & haven't even left home yet.

Went off to the garden centre this morning & went a bit mad.Had just planted the hostas, roses, fushcias & cordyline when the heavens opened so I came in & had a batch cooking session.4 beef curries, 4 beef stews, 3 tubs of spiced chicken, 8 ordinary beefburgers & 4 babybel stuffed burgers, all ready for the freezer.
Tomorrow looks promising weatherwise so I'll go out & finish putting the bedding plants out & make some curried turkey meatballs & tubs of veg soup but for now I'm chilling with my feet up.😏

Evening all.  The weather here has been rather wet today and it's also on the cool side.  We've been promised more of the same for tomorrow.  I just wish that it would improve again.

Hope that your mum is soon feeling better Stan.

I've only tried tramadol once and then I took about three if that as I was having hallucinations due to them.  My GP offered me a prescription for them a few months back.  Needless to say, I refused.  My uncle swears by them and they've sent him do lally tat.

I found that Tramadol were not effective as pain releif, and that the withdrawal symptoms when I gradually stopped taking them were pretty dire - I will never take them again.

Do you ladies not realise that chocolate is almost a health food. It is made from cocoa beans, beans are vegetables, vegetables are good for you and we are all urged to eat more vegetables, so chocolate has to be good for you.

I have two of my consultants well trained - both supply lemonade and chocolate buttons as they know it helps stop me being sick. Very wise, they don't want their snazzy suits messed up when I throw up all over them.
