Afternoon all, a stranger popping in for a short while 🙂

Been trying to list for MDCC, but everything is running so slow today, only managed 2 listings.  I will put another 3 up on Tuesday, hopefully ebay will have sorted itself out by then 🙂

Afternoon all.  Been a bit busy sorting out photos of the wedding and also, the ones I took of Grace yesterday.  

Just got to finish off a beret I have been knitting.  I've only got to sew it up now.  I've also tidied my bedroom up a bit and polished and dusted as well.

Kidney infection is definitely back - took my urine sample to the walk-in centre and got handed a packet of anti-biotics.

It's going to be another disturbed night.

evening....I've been ooot and abooot today and bought stuff, I took back 3 items of clothing to Matalan, and ended up buying 5!!!, er it isn't supposed to work like that is it?

then went to some other stores and we spent on bits and bobs.

had a picnic in the car overlooking both the Menai bridges, it's such a lovely spot that.

work tomorrow as I have a shift change for Tuesday.

Oh Stroppy! that's not what I wanted to hear, sorry you're feeling yuk again.

off to bed now, I'm pooped and 5am will come around too quickly for me.

You seemed to have had a nice picnic CB.  It's lovely over there isn't it? 

We had a busy time today up to about 2.30.  I've been relaxing a bit since then.  Still not tired though.  Hope that I can get to sleep alright tonight.

Morning all.  Hope everyone managed to sleep well.  I did until about 5am and then I was tossing and turning for a couple  of hours.  I'm not used to the mornings being so dark but it's only going to get worse before it gets better.  

Got to go and move the car as the gas board are replacing the gas mains on our estate and our road is going to be well, erm mad.  They started on the rest of the estate a couple of weeks ago and getting on and off the estate is madness.  One thing that is worrying us is that they might have to dig the garden up.    If they do, they put it back how they found it.  There's a lot of work gone into the garden over the years.

Had to go to Grace's nan's earlier and Grace was there.  It was 20 questions as to why I hadn't taken my mum.  She is staying at her grannies tonight 'cos her mum and dad are coming back from their honeymoon in the early hours of tomorrow morning.

The gas board are going to start in our road tomorrow.  I'm dreading it 'cos the rest of the estate is mad at the moment.

Must go 'cos I have got orders for two more hats.  Off to see if I've got enough wool in.

I can honestly say I've never had to check if I have enough wool. Might need to squish it down a bit though!

The same lady wants two hats - one in cream and the other in black.  I do have some of each colour but not enough to do each hat.  I've told her that I'll get them done asap and let her daughter have the hats as soon as they are done.

have you seen the Innocent drinks campaign for making small hats to fit on their little bottles of juice? it's for a charity I think. I thought of you when I saw it! some of them look really amazing....one even had a teddy on it, aawww cute.

well done you getting some orders....cottage industry lives

Thanks CB.  I'll be at the wool shop tomorrow waiting for them to open.  Hopefully, I'll get some more orders soon.  At least it keeps me out of mischief.

Ooohhh thats a lot of wool ...says nowt about fabric stash in my house

My stash is hidden! It takes up two chests of drawers, three knitting bags & a few other places!
