Looks forward to photos from Maggie's day out.

Decided that I must try to lose a few more pounds in just over four weeks.  As my mother wears me out wanting to go here, there and everywhere else you care to think, I might lose some weight.  I am definitely losing weight from my ears as I'm getting earrache big time.  Wonder who from.

it's a shame we couldn't have met up Chris, did you have a nice stroll along the prom? it's a lovely view isn't it? we are very lucky to live in this area. We are not rural whereas before we were a matter of yards from the estuary! I prefer it here though as you can't hear a car at all, just sheep heee heeee.

Yes it would have been nice to meet up CB.  This time, we didn't have a walk along the prom as we were to busy looking round M&S for wedding outfits.  We had our lunch at the Queens Hotel and then time to ourselves.  We ended up going back to the hotel for a cuppa before we left at 4pm.  There were about 80 of us on the trip altogether and the service at lunch was brilliant.  It only took about an hour for them to serve us all with a three course meal plus tea or coffee after which was brilliant.  I'd love to live somewhere like you.  Where I live, it is quiet but it is built up.  The majority of people that live here are elderly but there some younger ones as well.  A nice mix really.

I'll photograph my outfit tomorrow so you can see it Merc.  I think that I did well with it came in at about half the cost of what it should have been.  Not bad is it?  Mum's had a look in her wardrobe and she's found a lovely skirt with a matching top that she has decided to wear for the wedding.  So we are both sorted now thankfully.  I just want to see if I can lose a little bit more weight now.

Mum spoke to Grace's nan this morning.  Apparently, Grace went into her nan's kitchen to see what she could have for her breakfast and came up with a noodle effort that comes in a pot.  At least she couldn't raid the fridge as, at the grand old age of 2 she's not quite tall enough yet.

She certainly is Merc.  When I brought Grace and her mum to ours for their teas a couple of weeks ago, when I turned on to our road, she cheered and yelled that she was coming to see my mum.  When she came into the bungalow, she comes straight into the living room, gets her usual stool and table out so that she could have her tea.  It's a laugh a minute with her.  Can't wait to see her at the wedding.  Steph's bought a lovely little dress for Grace for the wedding.  I'll have to take loads of photos of Grace as well as her mum and dad.

It's four weeks on Saturday so not long off now.  It will be fun with Grace.  I bet she'll be all over the place in church.  Don't think that she'll stay clean for very long.  2 year olds never do do they?

That photo from last year tells me I am fatter and you are thinner, although there seems to be some ferrets fighting under that top I was wearing even then! Mike has spent the evening telling everyone how lovely you are Maggie which is high praise from him! He usually ignores my friends, although he had a major crush on Stan when she competed in rally cars, coached rugby AND had a pub!
