Lovely pool! I'd love a pool but OH always says you can walk to the sea in about 30 seconds. Not the same unless its a really hot day though.
Daughter swims every day for her MS. It's really warm in there, she wants me to go in!:O :^O

Couldn't agree more with the sentiments over Stan's move.
Glad that you managed to get out for a while today CG. I love that pool. If we had a pool, I think that I'd live in it.
This is a photo of my latest creation and it didn't take long even with all the bobbles on the yoke.

We've got lots of sunshine.:-D
My cleaner is here at the moment. She goes through like a dose of salts! She's been here 10 mns so far and she's made us both a cup of tea. loaded and started the dishwasher, cleaned the kitchen sink, washed and polished all the wood in the kitchen (worktops and sideboard) and now she's shot off to dust, polish and make our beds in the bedroom!:O

Morning all
In a bit of a state today. Son, girlfriend & Ruby live a few doors away, son went accross the road to his friends house for a lads night in.
Went home, said friends had taken his keys, then later on, they took his girlfriends car, drove onto football field did wheel spins etc, car reported stolen by someone who had seen it. Car abandoned in village. Police took car away on low loader, still waiting to see what is going to happen.
05-05-2013 10:46 AM
Friends? Does he really need friends like that?:O
05-05-2013 10:52 AM
That's not good R 😞
Don't know how it works with your local police force but round here son's GF would need to pay the recovert fee plus the impound release charge before getting her car back and the charges are astronomic :_|
Then should be a case of police identifying who actually drove/stole the car and charging them then CPS to decide if they will prosecute and if and I say if it gets taken to court only then will you get any damages/compensation 😞
05-05-2013 10:57 AM
Sorry should also of added G/F needs to also report car stolen to the police and state she had not given permission for it to have been driven otherwise if the so called friend had no liscence/insurance she could be liable to prosecution.
Don't want to frighten anyone but it then becomes allowing someone else to drive not TWOC.

Oh rhubarb...I'm so sorry to hear your rotten news.
I hope that it is cleared up without too much hassle.
Friend !!...I don't think so 😞

Sorry have just been away. She reported it stolen last night, the police where knocking at their door, but she thought it was the lads trying to get him to go out, but it was the police, so they have a crime number etc. They are waiting to see when they can pick up the car and when they can get the car back. Think they have been quoted £400 to get it back :_| They live opposite me as well. The lads have all grown up together as well.
