Have to say I have gold injections monthly for my knackered joints and they really are worth thier weight in gold.

When I first started took months to work but now on a consatnt top up and am up and active

I used to give those gold injections Stan, they were very thick and tricky to do all those years ago, I expect it's easier now. Glad to hear they work, well you were like Najinski the days I saw ya!!!

Took to the train station at 6am , its treacherous out on there this morning roads are very icy but the worst bits are our drive & the station car park 😮
