True CG, I think the fact she's choosen to go to Mums after all thats happened rather than spend christmas with him speaks volumes 😐 after all they haven't spoken for nearly 6mth.

She's booked tickets to go home  2wks before christmas so I'm hoping things run smoothly or else she'll have left again before christmas is even here :^O

I'm just hoping she hasn't any health problems while she's away & keeps up with her weekly blood tests 😐

Tonight I have eaten nibbles at next door, some bread with sun dried tomato, mozzarella and white anchovies, a salad with chicken, avocado, artichoke hearts and crispy bacon, two chocolate truffles with marscapone, half a bottle of wine and a brandy. Take that starvation mode!

I agree with staying away from scales - it isn't recommended to weigh yourself frequently

Weight doesn't go on overnight - & you can poo small weight changes!!

Wet here too and I admit I was a bad Mother and didn't get up until youngest had gone in case he asked for a lift to the bus stop. He is on a school trip to a business conference in Portsmouth today so I guessed he would only get wet later anyway.

I have to go the hospital this afternoon to speak to a Doctor.It appears from talking to a nurse yesterday that Mum's 'history' has not been passed on !!!!!!!

It beggars belief really. How on earth can they make a diagnosis if they don't know what's happened? I have been through it many times so it should be all recorded.

Very wet here, which matches my mood.
